New replacement Fleetguard oil filter?

Need some info guys/gals.
I've always used the Fleetguard 3894 oil filter.
Picked up filters at Cummins today and the counter guy said the 3894 has been replaced with the 3972. Is this right? Looks the same as the 3894.
Fuel filters are still the same.

Have a peek at this:

The LF 3894 is the Stratapore which is the best filter for the Mighty Cummins (they were in stock at Cummins 3 weeks ago). The LF 3972 is just a cellulose jobby and wont filter as well as the Stratapore.

Thanks for the info Doc, I just came from the site with the answer
Parts guy just gave out the wrong one, so I'll go swap tomorrow.
The 3972 is for an '03 model.
