Does Michigan have a lot of people on welfare programs? I can understand that's probably one of the reasons the north eastern and north western states, California and Florida are voting Democratic, but I don't know about Michigan.

I'm just guessing the auto industry people and minorities play a big role in the democratic vote.

On another note, not one person I talked to at work today voted for Bush...

I dont think many are on welfare in Mich. Free healthcare...heck anything free gets the dems out in force. Although my sister in law who is 30 voted Bush. She lives in Minnesota. She tells us tonight that many of the younger crowd seemed to be going Bush. I was shocked or she is a retard.

I can tell ya...I have been on an emotional roller coaster for months. Im glad its finally coming to an end.

Not so fast, that is without most of the Detroit area reporting anything at all

exaclty! Kerry is up in Michigan now that Detroit has reported. bush is up in Co, NM, AZ, UT, MT etc. He NEEDS ohio boys, and if columbus hasn't come in yet, kerry can close. Cleveland has come in so that's good news. Bush will take Florida. he's up by 5 with 97% reporting.

Im a nervous wreck. Florida went to Bush. Kerry cant close up 300,000 votes with the absentee!

Im surprised he did not do better in PA!

BTW, Dallas has a new Sheriff. Female, Hispanic and openly gay! LOL

The guy she ran against was involved in some crazy scandal and it caught up to him. Dirty cop thing.
