The car was OK, but the show had terrible acting, no plot, and was essentially a 2-hour commercial for Ford.

What's more, I think I'm just getting sick of Hollywood. EVERY show has to have someone sleeping around, and EVERY show has to have a token homosexual. Never has a population segment been more over-represented than the gay community is by Hollywood.

Within the first 3 minutes, of the Knight Rider show, it is implied that the guy of the show has a 2-on-1 the night before, and the female FBI agent is intruduced in a way that implies she is a Lesbian.

I really wish the writers would have stayed on strike. I'd rather watch three more years of "1 vs 100" than another minute of Knight Rider.


The biggest insult is that KR was my favorite show as a kid-- leave it to H-wood to try to cash in using a cheesy imposter of a once-popular 80s icon.

The whole KITT dialog is a complete rip off of Sonny in "I, Robot"

 

Very disappointing, Nothing like the old stuff. I was worried they would ruin the Transformer movie, but I think it turned out all right.

 

One other thing why did they make it a FoRd... thats my biggest complant heck i didnt even watch it cause its a ford

 

Have you guys noticed the trend lately? They take all of the old original shows and mess them up with their "modern" twist. I refused to watch the new Knight Rider because I loved the old show and I knew they could not top it. Hollywood cant come up with anything on their own anymore. I am waiting to see how they can screw up Airwolf or maybe they can re-do the A-Team and paint a huge rainbow on the side of a hybrid minivan to run around in

3. GT500 KR release

Ford donates lots of money to the gay and lesbo community. They probably had something to do with the crapola in that show. The wife and I watched it up until the lesbo part and switched channels.

 

i watched for about 5 min, and it seemed like in that 5 min (drivnig scene) they panned over to the litle cobra emblem to often (2-3 times).. that was annoying.

Agree on the huge ford commercial. Interesting that they used a suburban for the bad guys instead of a expedition el.

Just about all shows on TV are commercials. Its sad and almost insulting in a way. I stopped watching TV over a year ago and it was the best move Ive ever made and I highly recommend it to everyone.
