VERY ROUGH DESIGN!!
That design actually makes it harder to work on the truck. Can you make it so the hood, fenders and everything tilts as one and tilts about 90 degrees. That way you could just walk right up to the engine or front suspension and go to work.

Good work.

the hoods not at full tilt there, but yes i can make it so its full fender, but i think that gives enough room, pplus, thinking practical, if u dent ur hood, ur then replaceing 5 grand of metal not 2

I'm only refering to the ease of working on the truck, not the ease of replacing sheet metal. Also, the hood could still work as usual, but the whole assembly could tilt for major service. I just think a tilt front is cool and it makes working on stuff way easier.

A simple front tilt hood makes it way harder to do the radiator and belt. And if the fenders don't tilt you still can't get to the turbo or the shocks.

Instead of steel hood and fenders how about fiberglass? tilt it as a whole unit like the transport trucks.

That looks pretty cool Iker, I think a full tilt hood w/ the fenders raising also would be sweet. But either way for me it's hard working on my truck with the lift kit. It sucks being short.

So I'm supposed to replace the dented sheetmetal on my truck? Crap. That's gonna get expensive.

I've only had a couple of beers, and that makes no sense to me Mike...

Mine is in pretty good shape, lots of little dents, and the one from jack knifing the tailer...

we had parked the truck in a field that we had been directed into to park, and while we were gone, a lovely thoroughbred decided to wind-suck off of our hood - if you dont know, horses sometimes stick their top teeth on a solid object and suck air into their system to get a high
