I saw a new Silverado this afternoon -- extended cab. Looked odd, since I am not used to seeing them. Looked much smaller than the 2001 Silverado pacing him in the left lane, too. New truck was narrower all around, kind of like a bloated Dakota. The truck didn't have that massive chrome bumper, though -- it was body colorred with chrome grill. Not my personal style, but I bet they sell...

I can see several owners creasing the rear doors on their slide in camper jacks.
I would hope there is a way of locking them at 90* to the truck.

i guess i just get to see them a little earlier than you guys, but thats probably just because my trurk-driveing job takes me to a gm assembly plant from time to time. i first saw them months ago. i guess i could have taken pictures, but i didn't think anyone cared

i liked it. chevys were my second choice when i was shopping for a new truck. never really looked at them cause i bought mine at the first place i went to and the first truck i looked at...but if that had a diesel it would be pretty sharp. i like the interior

I could do without hte fake wood interior... That might have been nice in the 50's, but doesn't do anything for me today.

Head lights are an improvement. another improvement would be go back to the front end they had in 01 or 02, before the "squinting" front end they had last year.

The front end made me think of the new furd super thingy and the huge front fender flaring thing makes me think of Toyota for some reason. I stand firm....you could'nt shoot me, melt me down and pour me into a Chevy.
