Yea, sometimes. I get really sensitive to noise too, when I know I'm having a migraines, I've never had one like this before. And the only time I get migraines real bad is when I go to get my hair cut, I go to a friends house that's running her hair salon from there and some of my family also goes. My grandmother is a competitive talker, she keeps talking louder and louder so nobody else can talk when she does, it kills my head.

Are you diabetic? test you sugar level. Do you have high blood pressure? when you get these headaches is it right after you eat or drink something? It might be IBS or diverticulits. Alot of times when people get diabeties, diverticulits comes too which would explain the stomach aches. Try not to eat sugary things or foods with small nuts or seeds like poppy seeds, blackberries, nuts, ect.....jmo..

hope you get to feeling better

Actually, I have a high risk of being diabetic when I get older, my grandfather on my mothers side and my grandmother on my fathers side is diabetic. I'm pretty big too for my age, 6' 1" 270lbs., but I am usually pretty healthy, my blood pressure is usually perfect and my sugar is absolutely fine. I did look on webmd the other night and looked at IBS as a possibility. Actually, it might be my diet. I get up too late to eat anything in the morning because I have to get to school, and I have A Block Lunch so I eat at 10:40 AM and don't want to eat that early so I drink some sweat tea. I go to work and get off between 4:30-5 PM and don't eat dinner until 6:30 PM, so I go almost a whole day without eating a real meal. I can't really stand to eat sweets anyways, even though if you look at me you will think that is all I eat. I'm big because I have a slow metabolism. I eat healthy food, I eat mainly proteins, medium amount of carbs, and a low amount of fats, but I eat too much of all of it. I hardly ever want to eat anymore, I'm just either not hungry or don't feel like eating. Thanks for the help guys

with the neck pain, if it hurts and gets stiff could be symptoms of meningitis. which can get bad, and with the stomach pain could be acute heartburn. it's so many things. only tests will show up.

I have migraines all of the time and have the heavy duty meds I have to carry with me but one time I had a stiff neck worse than I usually get and the ER doctors were getting concerned about it and if all the Demoral didn’t make a difference they were going to check for meningitis, You do not want them to randomly check you for this but sometimes they have to. Lumbar Puncture = Spinal Tap = big needle in your spine..

See a doctor and don’t mess around, get some blood work if you think you might even remotely be diabetic, it is not worth the risk.
They can check for infections and blood gasses.
Do you sleep with a window open?
Get a CO detector in your room.
Sympathy pains?

Good luck.
Jim

Actually I have been sleeping with a window open, but that's stopping tonight, it was 40* when I got up this morning. I've had blood work done for diabetes but nothing showed up, I'm pretty healthy for being so big. I didn't really get sick today, just an uncomfortable stomach ache at the end of first period. Still haven't gone to the doctors, it may just be from stress, I had a mess load of tests last week and having some problems with the gf's mother.

Well if it would have been CO poisoning your skin will turn a reddish color and for the meningitis depending on which one you wouldn't been posting right now, but stiff neck is a sign along with small red spots on your skin. like i said your still alive so that one is out the door. I knew a firefighter that got it and was dead in three days. not something to mess around with.

Anyways hope you keep getting better.
