Need help with how to resolve issues with a Vendor.

I'm going to try this post again, last time it was deleted because I'm guessing I mentioned a paying vendors name.
Anyway, I ordered a product from an Online Vendor for my truck. Upon getting them I noticed they were very poor quality. I did install the bushing, only to find out they were not cut square and were almost 3/16 under size.
I e-mailed the vendor and they said it can't because because all the others they sold were fine.
That was about the end of it from them. I was upset so I filed a claim with Paypal. Paypal closed my claim because they don't deal with the quality of an item.
I have now shipping the items back, but am out 100$.

Any ideas on what to do? The vendor never seems to respond to me. I left many voice mails and e-mails and only got the one response "All the other ones we sold were fine".

I'm guessing it got deleted because these things are usually best resolved with Lary or Jack via PM's or email.

Did you pay your Paypal account with your credit card? May have to file a claim with the CC company to force the issue.

No the Vendor is NOT a paying Vendor and we did not delete your post, it is STILL right where you posted it.

If you are so quick to blame us for not being able to find your post, then perhaps it is easy to see who is to blame in your situation as well. I also see where you are not telling the whole story as you did in your other thread, you are not even mentioning the fact that you modified the part before installing it, and it went from you being out $95.00 to $100.00 now.......Will it be $110.00 the next time you post it?

As far as your claim that the vendor won't respond to you, he did so in your other thread....sorry your story just doesn't hold up any more.

I am closing this one because it is a duplicate NOT because you think he has paid anything to us or any one else for that matter.
