need a favor (please read)

anyone know where the store major tires is located and would be willing to go there in person and talk with them for me please

the reason i ask is because i ordered my buckshots from them on the 26th of jan and they still havent even proccessed my order and i have been trying to get ahold of them for the last 3 days now through both phone numbers (have left 3 messages to contact me asap) and through email with no response. their web site even says contact us 24/7 then lists the toll free # EDIT i want my tires

or any other suggestions on how to handle this

I suggest canceling the order and placing a new one at another dealer. If you already paid for them by credit card....call the credit card co. and cancel the payment due to not receiving your product.

as said above, cancel the cc payment, that way if they are in shipping you get em, and they get a lesson in not returning phone calls.

well i called usbank tonight and they said that major tires finally charged my account and it has now showed up on my online statment so i was told to wait a little longer and then we could look in to challenging the charge.........i hope i just get my tires.

ok i gave them till tuesday to get ahold of me or indicate they have shipped my tires or i will be contacting the athorities and visa to start contesting the charge. once again this was over a voice mail.

If i have to contest the charge what am i to expect will i get my money back or what??? i have never had to do anything like this before.

You must make the complaint in writing to be valid. In the letter it should contain the vendor's name, date and amount of the charge, and the "Reference number" the CC company assigned to it. Sign it, and mail it USPS. You can get this info from your on line statement. You will receive a credit for the amount they charged while they investigate. If your tires show up it is up to you to decide weather to accept them or refuse them. I would refuse them, get a credit and find another tire place. The money they spend on return freight would be worth it for me.

Lowest price is not always the best deal.
