Navman F15 GPS, anybody have one?

I have been thinking about buying a GPS. At first I was looking at some upper end Garmin models but money has been kinda tight lately with fuel prices among other things.

I don't "NEED" a GPS, I'd just kinda like to have one to keep in the truck all the time. Today my son wanted to go shopping in Radioshack with some birthday money so I took him. They had on display a NAVMAN F15 gps which is on sale for $99.00. Seems to me it would work and do basic navigation. I don't need MP3 or hands free etc. I already have an IPOD and a Bluetooth.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this product? http://www.radioshack.com/sm-buy-the...i-3136901.html

and... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navman

Would this be a total waste of money? Or for $99.00 can you even go wrong?

Thoughts please?

Found these reviews, sounds like a mixed bag but mostly good, particularly for the money.

Hey Robert,
Two months ago I picked up a TomTom One 3rd Edition GPS for $119 at Academy. Worked great on the trip to Burnsville, NC last month.

Thanks Mike. I haven't decided yet and haven't bought the Navman. I just keep thinking they are all going to come down in price a little more.

For something I don't really have to have like that, im pretty cheap.

I figured as many members as we have on here somebody would have bought one of these Navman's and have an opinion.
