OK, I hate to be the one to spoil the fun but that is a very old and mange coyote. Look at the feet, coyote foot looks like that a dogs foot is more round .I also think that the picture has been doctored, if you look at the hind leg you will see a blurred area that is most likely where someone is holding the leg and making it look as if the thing is still alive.

 

Well, if freakin' Bigfoot says that the creature is normal, I'd think it'd be wise to trust him...
