My Ozone Action Day

Today is going to be another Ozone Action Day here in the Louisville Metro area. So me being the good american I am figure it best to do my part to make it a good Ozone Action Day. What will I do to make this a good Ozone Action Day you ask. Well I will tell you what I'm going to do.

First when I get home in the morning from work I'm going to park my truck in the polebarn. (No need to dump all that needless smoke into the air) Second I'm heading for bed, what could be better for the Ozone if I'm not even out in it. Third, I do believe I'll wake up around 1:00am and go for a nice swim in the pool. I might as well injoy some of that Ozone myself. 4th, (after soaking up some rays and some beer in the pool) I think it's really time to do my part for the Ozone. I'm going to fire up my Scags mower (with the bad muffler) and cut my grass and the neighbors. (that should help some) Once I'm done mowing the gass well it's time to get out the Stihl weed eater and do the trimming. After the trimming is done there are those low branches that need to be cut off. So I'll have to get out the Husky and take care of those. Oh what's this? I can't leave this fire wood and limbs laying on the ground. I'll have to go get the ATV and the trailer and pick them up, and I can't just throw these limbs in the woods either. I'll have to start a fire and burn them I guess.(I need a chipper) Well next there is the matter of all those grass clippings and saw dust on the road. Time for the Stihl leaf blower, got to keep my enviroment clean ya know. It's almost getting dark and the Ozone Action Day is about to come to an end and it's about time for supper and then a shower and off to work. See the Ozone Action Day is over and my truck hasn't left the polebarn since it started. 8)

As you can see I'm going to do my part for the Ozone today, and those that want to think other wise can come over and do all these chores with a reel mower, a pair of sizzors, a hand saw, a broom, and a wheelbarrow.

My Ozone Action Day

(by Darrell B. I think I'll just crank my truck up and let it idle all day long...

Re:My Ozone Action Day

Yeah after sleeping all day from the midnight shift, I felt depleated. Drove the truck up to the Bristol store, picked up a steak. Went home and threw it on the grill with a couple baked potatoes. Fired up the chainsaw with the log wizard attached and shaved some log siding for the dining room. When the steak was done, built a fire down at the creek with Kaley lying next to me waiting for the scraps.
