"A wise man's heart directs him toward the right, but the foolish man's heart directs him toward the left." Ecclesiastes 10:2

At last...Biblical evidence that Democrats are fools.

Now...before anyone gets their panties in a wad...please realize that I am just joking. I consider all of you friends....even the foolish liberals.

Doing great. I've got a new picture in my gallery. Your daughter is a bit young for him, but she's cute enough that he might be interested anyway.

Assuming that by "happy day" you mean the birth of #2, we're still a ways off. She/he/it isn't due until mid August.

We are getting ready to move though...which may or may not be a happy day depending on how you look at it.

 

Ah.. Didn't realize it was that far off.

I hope your move goes much smoother than ours did.

Well, I could now go into a three page diatribe about the etymology of "right" and "left" divisions in politics; how neither current American political party neatly fits into either category, how the right is really left and the left is really right, or how they are in fact both rightists, and how the Libertarians are the only true leftists, and how that supports the intent of our founding fathers, who were libertarians and saw themselves as leftist liberals, although today's leftist liberals are really rightist socialists, and even today's right, which pretends to be left, really follows rightist fascism.

But that would be missing the point, wouldn't it?



Or I could talk about how God believes in libertarianism, or liberalism, but in all cases leftism, which is now a term so filled with negative and socialist connotations that I am about to start referring to it as "upism", and how the Bible supports that. But that too would be missing the point.
