Another update-
he is back in the hospital again, and now it looks like he has to be operated on again.
He has a hernia that makes the intestine loop weirdly and so it sticks together and blocks the flow.
I hope that they can sort this out on monday, looks like a big one. They reserved the theatre for 6 hours..

Glad they are taking the time to do a thorough exam for surgery. God steady the hands, give patience and wisdom to the surgeons and abide by His Guiding light. Prayer of Peace and comfort for you Markus and your family! Please lord, let us be selfish and keep Werner just a little longer, help him heal and experience the joy he gives to others as we love him, In You Name, Amen.

They had to postpone the surgery until tomorrow- I hope that it will work then.
I must say thanks for the support we do find here- it really means a lot!

Prayers resaid for Werner's operation and speedy recovery. May God guide the hands and thoughts of all the attending staff. May He also be with your family as they struggle through this continuing ordeal.

Well, some good news for a change- he could be extubated before schedule and not only breathes without aid, but is also responsive. He told the staff that they should not fuzz araound, he wanted to watch TV.. and wanted to go to work on thursday latest.
