more wireless internet questions

How Can I get internet from one building to another? I don't want to run a cable , although that would be easiest, and adding internet access to the phone line would be a little on the expensive side...

I already have wireless in one building ( as well as wired) , is there a way to extend the wireless range to encompass the second building, there would be approx. 100' +/- between them...

Thanks!

Move the router/antenna to a window on the side nearest the other building. I also saw a signal booster the other day for a router, I just can't remember where right now.

On edit, look here. http://www.google.com/search?q=route...e7&rlz=1I7RNWK

Google - "wireless access repeater"

use in conjunction with RAD's recommendation of moving your existing WAP as close as possible to the neighboring building.

Personally I'd do it a little different...

I'd look for one wired spot in building A where you have a line of sight to building B-
and then use a transparent bridge (2 APs like Linksys WRT54GL configured to do it, if necessary use directional antennas) on a different channel than your main wireless, and then distribute the network in buildin B with cables and another wireless AP if necessary.

Just my 2c

Yea the method Alpine suggested is the better way of doing it. Those extenders are somewhat junk and dont really work too well.
