they stated on O'riley a couple nites ago that some survey recently shows thet democrat registration is up over 250% this year. (probably going to vote for bush)

What he "may do"?
EXACTLY...............we KNOW where GW stands. I'm not willing to gamble my country on a flip-flop, liberal president that is will to give in to the likes of the UN.

Thanks Jim, indeed an itersting site, and as you said fair and unbiased.
It is my belief that it was not justified and it was not worth it. It was not worth the 1000+ lives of our soldiers, and those of the "coalition", the over 27000 wounded soldiers, God only knows how many "cicvilian contractors" considering that it was stated that 1 in 4 men on the ground was a civilian contractor, not to mention the fiscal price tag.
For me personaly it is not an oposition to the war because of my oposition to the President, but rather the other way around. I am not supporting George Bush because he started this war, well because of the economy also. I am not thrilled by Kerry either, but on a matter of principle I do not think that the President should be "rewarded" for what he did, as oposed to choosing Kerry for what he "may" do. I thing I will go with the benfit of the doubt.

and in all fairness, i am not an avid Kerry supporter but don't want to thow my vote away on Nader so what else can i do?
NOT
I think someone needs to comment on the "hate" issue. The opposition to Bush has a very deep actual hate for Bush. This shows up constantly. Like he is some evil that is trying to take over the world. Like a local radio commentator constantly called them the "Bush Crime Family"
On the other hand, the hate is not duplicated on Kerry. There is more of a disgust and a lack of respect, and if you will, a fear that a person might get in office that is just not capable or have any morals or truth at all. There is not the hate feeling though as I see others discuss Kerry. He has no backbone or principals, there is nothing there. Clintons would not let him get too far out of hand or even stay in office for eight years.
Judging from how many people have died in the Liberal ranks since Clinton was elected, I would not want to be in Kerry's shoes. Not a safe place to be. Too many people die in that bunch. Kerry is no better nor worse than Hillery and Bill tell him to be. He is a puppet.
There is a big difference between raw hate and total disrespect. Carter was a very good man that was a lousy president, Kerry is a Carter without the respect and belief in God's laws. It takes years to rebuild the military forces and strength that someone like Carter or Clinton or hopefully not Kerry tear down. This time there is the fear that Kerry will sell out to the UN. He could do irreparable damage to this country, allowing the UN to have authority here. The UN is nothing but a gang of thugs that get to control much of the world issues. They are definitely anti-American.
I do not hate Kerry, I just think he should crawl back under his rock with Jane and not be heard from for another 35 years. He can stay in Senate, he does no harm, nor anything else there. He is one of the last of the vegetables that mouthed off and created hurt for this country in the Vietnam era. His twin brother is that slob that made the movie about bush.

We will leave Iraq once they are able to govern themselves, and have the capability to defend themselves from these terrorist regimes, that are trying to disrupt things in that country.
They deserve the same right to freedom, that so many of us have already given you.
BIG JOHN
Every mornin' on the Hill you could see him arrive
Standing six-foot-four, weighing one-twenty-five
Kinda' scrawny at the shoulders and lacking a spine
And when he spoke at all, it was mainly to whine.
(Big John, Big John) Big Bad John
Nobody seems to know what's in John's soul
His 'beliefs' are based on the latest poll
Though he'll say what it takes to get your votes
It's the leftist agenda that he really promotes
Big John.
Some one said he came from Boston town
Where he joined the Navy and gained renown
'Earning' three purple hearts and one bronze star
The home folks said, "This boy will go far"
(Big John, Big John) Big Bad John (Big John)
Then came a day back in '71
When he renounced all the medals that he had won
Then turned against his country and his Navy friends
And sold them out for his own leftist ends
(Big John)
He appeared before Congress and on left-wing talk shows
Giving aid and comfort to America's foes
It was clear to see whose side he was on
Some say he helped cause the fall of Saigon
Big John. (Big John, Big John) Big Bad John (Big John).
He claims to be for the working poor
Yet he owns 5 mansions from shore to shore
He never had to work a day in his life
'Cause he learned it helps to have a wealthy wife!
Big John
Now he wants to be our next President
and Commander-in-chief of those he resents:
The American soldiers who fight and die
To give him the freedom to tell us his lies
(Big John, Big John) Big Bad John (Big John)
Thousands have sacrificed their young lives
To help ensure that our nation survives
A vote for Kerry is a slap in the face
To all the brave soldiers that he's disgraced

With all due respect that is why we fight. If that battle is not fought there, we will be attacked here. It seems to me that people are forgetting 9/11 where we lost more than twice as many people in an hour than we have lost in the entire war on terrorism in Iraq. We are not fighting Iraqis we are fighting terrorists. Dont think for a second that if we pull out of Iraq that the terrorists will just call it good and go about minding there own business or try to build up there respective countries. They are nothing but murderers and will stop at nothing to destroy democracy. Every day in Iraq terrorists are dying and I thank God for the brave men and women who our protecting our country and allowing me to have the precious freedoms I enjoy.
So it really comes down to this, we can have the best military in the world weeding out and systematically ridding the world of terrorists outside of our country and not allowing them to attack our homeland or we can sit back and wait for terrorists to attack us here and kill innocent civilians with a much higher death toll.
So in answer to you question...A lot more if we change things now.

More quotes.
Four freedoms: The first is freedom of speech and expression - everywhere in the world. The second is freedom of everyone to worship God in his own way, everywhere in the world. The third is freedom from want . . . everywhere in the world. The fourth is freedom from fear . . . anywhere in the world.
--Franklin D. Roosevelt U.S. President
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
--John Stuart Mill
For everything there is a season,
And a time for every matter under heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
A time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to throw away stones, And a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to seek, and a time to lose;
A time to keep, and a time to throw away;
A time to tear, and a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate,
A time for war, and a time for peace.
--Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety

IMHO, this election is essentially over with. Kerry will blow his last chance in the debates. Bush will win with a wide margin of victory > 6%.
Kerry will scratch his head and wonder where he went wrong, then the Dems will try to prove Bush cheated and get Kerry annointed president. This will fail miserably then the Dems will have to face reality, their line of BS is not being listened to any more. They will have to get rid of the radicals that have taken control of their party and start listening to Zel Miller if they want to try a comeback in this country.

"Bush haters" is the key. There are people that will sell this country out, just to get him out of office. We can only hope that not too many people are afflicted with tunnel vision and narrow mindedness. God help us all if Kerry gets elected.
(I hope I didn't offend any liberals, or was being too politically incorrect by referencing God.)

I genuinely hope you are right. The biggest problem is that Bush is not the great communicator and will stumble some. It seems that the populace adores the great talker more than the substance of what is said. Clinton convinced the public that being a draft dodger was not an issue. Kerry came close to showing how five years as a trained jet pilot was a negative. Sometimes people are so blind.
