Mini Cooper S

I may get into this car for REAL cheap. no hidden agenda, straight car. 100% pristine. couple going through divorce, car under her name and she doesn't want it. He drove it during their marriage. Just liquidating their stuff. I'm the guy to take it off their hands.

Any other members here have one...comments?

thanks

I had a 1966 Mini Cooper S, but I assume your are talking about the current generation Mini. It is a good little car and gets decent mileage and the S is a lot of fun to throw around. You won't be disappointed.

My buddy has the non S model but with the sport suspension. That thing turns like it is on rails. Just think of a street legal Go-Kart.

If you don't buy it, PM me contacts for who's selling. My girlfriend has been looking for one for quite some time and I'd love to pick one up for her.

Thanks,
Shawn

Is it an auto or stick. Heard in Car Talk this past weekend it cost $1000 to have the clutch changed.

I bet its labor intensive to do ANYTHING on that car. It is packed so tight in there.
