Merry Christmas, I Should of.......

I should of got a 5500 so I can haul all these little twisty ties that were on my kids toys. If they were a little thicker I could put them to use. I heard that a few years ago Santa had to take his sleigh down to north pole truck spring and had them add a few leafs as his sled was saggin to much from the weight since they implemented these little wonderful thingys. Now I heard he's looking at airride and a heavier gvw sleigh as rudolf has been skinning his chin and breaking his reighns again due to increase of polymetallic safety enhancing retainer devices.

You're not lying... we take all that crap off as we buy it and add the batteries so that it's not a haze on Christmas morning...

Have any of you noticed that alot more of the toys this year come with the batteries supplied ? Maybe it's just the things I bought my kids, but they ALL had batteries this year.

Alot of the Cos are changing the way they package because of customer complaints. We bouhgt the twins some fisherprice items and they had the ties but they weren't tied just wrapped around a funky little plastic thiny but they were easy to remove didn't have to use pliers or anything.

It just seemed out of hand this year. We bought our little girl a dora castle that had no less than 50 ties. The way it was packaged, nothing would of moved anyway as it also had vacumm seal around it.

I've got a 4-yr old, and I was armed with a pair of snips and a box cutter (I wrapped most of his stuff, so I had a head's-up). My in-laws thought I was a bit extreme bringing the box cutter to our breakfast gift exchange, but they caught on quickly enough and we ended up passing the cutter around almost as much as we passed the camera.
