So who has heard of the Merritt Mountain Music Festival??
It transforms a city with a population of 8000 into a town of 140,000 for three weeks. I figure with the country music buffs here, someone would have had to heard of this.....

I used to go all the time. Haven't been in the last couple of years. Turn into to much of a 'I don't like country music but want to get wasted and party' type event for my liking.

 

Brother-in-law's been several times. He wanted me to go this year. He has pics of the river that's there. Hords of party goers flock to the river, spot there cooler and chair in the river and get smashed

 

Its a blast. Way better than Big Valley or any other music festivals I've been to. Never seen so many hotties in one place. Won't tell the rest of the story....it'll just get edited out.

 

Been there a few times while living in Kamloops. It's a blast!!!
