Um, that engine does have a cam.

 

I was hoping you were not quite that eagle eyed Dave.BUT you must admit that the sounds are worth the price of admission

 

That is a mean sounding engine, I like!!

 

What a gorgeous boat anchor! You could hold the Queen Mary in place with that thing!

I just forwarded that link to my neighbor and told him to check out the new engine I just won on ebay! He's a good guy and hopefully his sense of humor isn't worn too thin after 5 years living next to me. I'd bet he's thinking about putting his house on the market after hearing my new engine... I told him my 5.9 Cummins wasn't quick enough and I need more power.

 

Those things will sure turn some rpms. We messed with one at school and the teacher, a old schooler, cracked the rack on that sucker and we swore it was gonna scatter!

We had one run away in the shop(a place I worked at) that sucker got to screaming and we did the same, ran away. The guy working on it ran around looking for a hammer. After nearly a minute he found one and ran back and started whackin' on the fuel tank, a few good smacks and the elbow for the fuel line on the tank broke and the engine slowly eased down and died. The smoke it the shop was so thick you could hardly see. Me and another guy emerged from behind a dumptruck and cussed the guy cause we wanted to see/hear it blow!!
