Tallguy, sorry about the sorry weather. We had thunderstorms today, with rain this time. We desperately needed the rain but it put a wet towel on the clutch replacement.

I found an interesting little web site today. Time to get out the Christmas list and see who deserves....er I mean needs one of these. Think I'll start in the S's.

Well I am officially back up and running, storms took out at least 7 trees here, two falling on my shop Friday night.....Wind speeds clocked a little over 80 mph on the next ridge over from mine.

Had a big branch bust loose from the top of a 100 ft Poplar and it made a bee line for my nose.....only thing that saved me was the bottom which was about 6" in diameter, drooped low enough to catch the shrubs about 10 ft from me, rotating the branch and burying it top down at my feet Hard to run from a branch doing 80 when it is only about 150ft away.

Had to rely on gen power for basics, back up and running today. AC feels pretty

Never did get to start my hydration testing....may have to enter Tequila in the mix as well

Top, sounds crazy out there. Good thing you're kinda swift your feet huh?

As for tequila, I find that the first 2oz consumption really peps me up.

Stay safe, keep your head down.

What good is 'passing gas' if you can't stink out a room?

Glad to hear everyone has escaped serious injury and destruction so far. Wish we'd get some of that weather. Not that I want the bad stuff like y'all been getting, but we need the rain so bad, it'd almost be worth the trade-off.

Wow Lary, I have quit complaining about our mess. It was nothing down here compared to what is happening up your way. Sorry about that - - stay safe, man.

Busy day, got lots done. Whittling away on that To Do List. Still about a mile long but some important ones done today. More tomorrow.

Shorts - - keep your shorts on - - time will fly. ..........

Ya'll be good,

Bob

Mornin.

Coffee, packing.

Later.
I have been trying to come up with witty retorts to this all day. Everything I come up with is likely to get me a serious whuppin from Madhat, Angie, Shorts or her DH so I am electing to keep my trap shut. Age and experience have finally taught me that there are some subjects best left alone.

Sadly, experience comes from having made bad choices in the past....

Good man. Kinda like how Anger Management doesn't help, you just keep your yap shut because you don't want to go back?

Afternooner. Pack is getting packed, beer is getting beered. Bout to go out and eat some chow...
