Thanks for starting up the break room Mark. I am proud and sad on your pending deployment. Should you need anything you got the numbers.

Going to try this hydrator for the first time - for the independent study of course.

Gonna get the fire started soon. Got fajitas to burn. DH just sold his motorcycle. Took like like 2 hrs, list to drive out. Nice.

Hat, are you kidding??? I mean, if you're gonna clean and open the new breakroom, that's fine, but there is restroom supplies in my janitors closet. Don't improvise! I just went to use the toilet... thank God I wear socks!

I love the food pics..

Afternoon. Got hijacked by the hot chicks again, went to the movies. Saw That's my boy with Adam Sandler... fairly funny, too many F bombs, and some people brought their young kids to it... there were naked strippers in it, and they didn't do anything. Unbelievable.

Bought some beer too, gonna try to make this a night I can't remember...

Spent the morning chain sawing limbs that fell out of the neighbor's trees into my yard.
One large one just missed crushing the rear of the Aries by about one inch.
Wifey still has no power @ Casa Del Shovelhead, but the generator is providing power for fans.
LOTS of folks with no power, electric company workers will be seriously earning their paychecks restoring customers in this heat.

'Sposed to hit upper 90's to low 100 again today with a chance of less intense storms this afternoon.
The local news hasn't said much about it, no surprise. The last I heard there were 12 fatalities associated with those storms Friday, lots of folks injured too.

They don't deliver my new recliner and reclining loveseat/console combos until Thursday.
Poor little thing, you'll just have to wait a couple more days for Christmas.

I thought you recently got sent out to to plant trees against your will?

Heidi, I've got a concrete drive but it lacks a/c. I was sweating so bad Friday my ears were full. I took your canoe trailer idea to another level. I have a buddy in Ohio that's always buying/trading motorcycles. I suggested he build a motorcycle tow dolly to pull behind his bike. He laughed but I'll wait and see what's in the garage at Christmas.

Evening all, today is Canada Day. It is kind of like July 4 in the USA except we negotiated our independence, instead of won it in a war. That particular fact makes us almost unique and definitely different. Note that i didn't say better or worse, just different. Sadly Mother Nature has decided to punish western Canada for it passivity. We have been under severe storm watch since about 11am. The first nasty storm cell rolled through about 2pm. We the got a 7 hr respite and then nastiness. I live about 30 miles SE of Calgary. So far we have been lucky but there are nasty super cells south, north and east of us. Please, do not clobber us - as in destroy garden or house. If I could figure out how to link to photobucket easily I would share pix of storms that should be on a storm chaser show. Sucks to be Scotty, when we are done with these storms, we are sending them to him....
Have a good night all.

LoL! Luckily, Canadians have been more than willing to take up arms when needed (thinking of all those lost in WWI, II, Korea etc).

Hope you guys can keep your feet dry and your roofs on.

That's real good stuff, it's made about 50 miles from my house. They have different flavors and all that I have tried are good.

Enjoy!

This stuff was pretty good. DH said, "Oh last time I had that I was in college and I got a really bad hangover". Uh yeah, that happens when you don't remember how many you had.

Mad, I'm sure you got it covered, but if you ever need something random in a care package, let me know. I'd be more than happy to get a box out. I'll be in the habit for Tim. Hopefully I don't mix up the boxes and send his to you and yours to him. That would be awkward.
