No, man, just askin. Madhat don't do no rubbin on on that stuff...

That's pretty funny right there!
... I don't think anyone looks good in a banana hammock... Careful... I'll put that in your sig... "DTR's PistolSpeedo..."

Never been called that before...
Want to start the breakroom next week, Bobby?

Nuther gorgeous, but hot morning in the Sunshine state. Off to church - - then open house at a building some of us volunteered working at for pregnant women with no place to live - - abusive mate, mad parents, etc. Neat project.
Well, it is morning and no one has fresh coffee on - - sooooo, here it is along with the good stuff (FOO FOO - yeh - - Mocha with a tinge of almond today) and I put on the kettle for the old seed bag.
I'm out of here - - see ya later.
Bob

I wonder if my sister will be at that battered womens shelter? Once she gets out of jail...
Boy, that's a long story... if you want to hear it, better pack a lunch and a few drinks...
Mornin, DTR... Fiver, thanks for kicking the coffee on. Tasty!
Day 2 with no truck... I cried softly to myself last night after the sick wife went to sleep...
The wife says, "At least I have a truck too, and not some 2 door Yugo..."
Slow day today, gonna finish packing, mow the yard, I hope, and get ready for the trip. Nothin serious.
See ya'll later...

Good afternoon dtr. Went to a sale yesterday morning with a few buddies. I didn't buy anything though. It was one being put on by on of the members here, he had a bunch of cummins and dodge stuff. My buddy bought a set of 20" Raceline wheels to go on his 08. The Gf and I left town for the night and just got back. We up to the big lake, went for a nice dinner, went swimming at the hotel. Kinda nice not having the cell phone with me either. Gotta go get fuel now and then take my dads trailer back to his shop.
Whew ... I'm stuffed. Spent a rather enjoyable breakfast with Davey & the "Prudent Student" Shirley. Talk about some good people !! Can't wait for the rest of my family to get down here to meet them.
Now it's nap time ... in the air conditioning
Cheers,
PISTOL

Yeah things don't get done when spending time on DTR. Sorry to hear about your truck, that sucks you got it dialed in and it broke. Oh well, it'll hopefully be stronger after you get it back from the trans guy.

I'm thinking about a billet output shaft if that's what's broke...
When the outside ambient temperature is officially 102*F (feels like 110*F), its tough to do much more than spend time on DTR.

We've been luck that there hasn't been a 100*+ day yet but august is right around the corner so it may happen still. Its been in the 80s and 90s here with about 200% humidity. Not much gets done when its like that outside either.
Afternoon. Insurance adjuster came out friday. Should have all of the money by the end of this coming week. Don't know how much, but some of the things won't be replaced and some things are most definitely irreplaceable.
Had a buddy of mine come out and frame the broken door jambs and hang a new fiberglass door. I had him throw some 4" screws into the jambs, they won't break this door down. My old man and I put up a security door on that door today. The door enters the garage. There are 6 entries into the house; front door, back man door, slider in my parents room, man door into the garage, man door from the garage to the house and a doggy door. All three exterior man doors have security doors on them now. Should be good.
Know another buddy that owns an alarm company - he's going to come out, I'm hoping this week, to wire up an alarm. The parentals pretty much said cost isn't an issue. They want this place like Ft. Knox. We got off way toooooo easy. Estimated they took about 10k dollars worth of stuff. There is a HELL of a lot more than that in this house. It won't happen again.
I'm over it. Gonna go get a new laptop this week. The worst part about it is knowing that someone that shouldn't had been in your house WAS IN YOUR HOUSE, sickening.
At any rate, the parents are going to Montana next week. I'll be in and out of the house. Gotta go to my brothers place for a couple of days. Kind of a bad time to leave.
Time for a bigger dog.
Sorry about the tranny, hat.
Enjoy your sunday, folks.

Sucks, Josh.
If someone ever broke into my house, they might leave something instead of taking it...
Play hard, or not at all...
Evenin, DTR. Got the kids hair cut, and one of my Marines came over for one... gonna cut mine in a minute.
Packin up some things to send off, injector $$, Edge to get the turbo timer... there was something else, too...
All packed up ready to beat it tomorrow am. Few more things for my cary-on...

That’s what I was doing up after midnight in the first place, getting ice for my nose. She still has a mean right for an old lady!
Not this year. It is 1500hrs here and is 52f. According to the paper it’s the coldest, wettest summer since 1970. Only two days above 70f so far this summer. If I had stayed in CA it would be over 100—too hot so I guess I cant complain. Rather be cold than too hot.
I feel like dying above 90. I will be back in CA in mid Sept. Probably here me whining about it being hot.
jbjarko: Glad you guys are moving on. I would like an alarm system but it might take a couple of days for an alarm response where I live.
