Re:Lunch Time

I spent too many years being a night owl - that 3:30 AM lunch break was depressing. Never had enough time to go to the Waffle House and, at the time being single, never had any good home-made leftovers to consume.

What is it about working those hours that makes you so dang hungry? Is it your body getting even for having to sleep while the sun is up?

I miss the ability to have all day to do something if I needed to but I really like sleeping like a normal person now.

Re:Lunch Time

My dad is in the same sopt as you guys. he runs the swing shift he takes a new shift every week. His days are 12hr's long so one week he is 6in the morning to 6 at night and the next week its 6 at bight to 6 in the morning. Worst part is he really does not get a break. He is a control operaton for one of our many powerplants. been there 30years next week. They forced him over lastnight so he is still at work. boy does he turn into a mean person after a shift like that. At least it is only for 16hrs and not 24. he pulled a forced 2hr shift and when he came home Just by the look I went to my gf's house. Mom went shopping we never came home that night
Dm01
