A Lucky Day For Me.

Went to the mall this A.M for some paint supplies, Parked my Ram away from other cars, I try to do this, When I was walking back tword my truck, some work van's driver was backing out of his spot, and was heading streight for my truck. I yelled, and the van stoped a few inches from hitting my truck. All I know is that it would have wiped out the front drivers fender, grill & bumper. Looking at the van, and driver, I do not think that insurance or a drivers license were ever issued to him.

well you got there on time, I wasn't soooooo lucky a few years back, got there in time for another customer to tell me som box truck just backed in to the front of your truck..... the individual got me good, dead center of the license plate. Needless to say the box truck and operator left the scene ( notice I didn't call him a driver )

Don't ya just hate it when you leave your truck thinking (and sometimes hoping) that all will be ok till you get back?

I left my truck in an area of a construction site where I thought it would be safe - it was parked in a very large (approx 30 ft across by 8 inch deep) puddle and I knew the concrete trucks wouldn't go near that area lest they get stuck - or so I thought......

That happened when the truck was about 6 months old - and yes, they paid for the damages and rental vehicle.

In case you can't read it, the black marker says:

THANK YOU!!!! MISSION VALLEY CONCRETE!!!

I gave them free advertizing for about a month and a half before I got the truck repaired...

I guess thats one way to get it fixed. Although I think they would have rather done without the advertisement.
