Very nice! How come I haven't thought of that? Now this inspired me to try to put a GN hitch into the trunk of my Kia Spectra.

I see engineering in his future! I especially like the 2X2 (or so) from the hitch up to a wooden plate, both of which add support to the tailgate.

I would hope that any / every LEO that saw this going to the road would put a stop to before he kills a few people.

It's a wonder he didn't add some gas shocks, or maybe a few blocks under the GN so the trailer wouldn't hit the tow vehicle's roof when turning.

Ha!

I bet y'all would've laughed at Thomas Edison, too...

Why not attach a 2-5/16" ball to the rear of a HD Soft Tail - everyone knows they've got LOTS of torque!

... and you could dial in all the lead-braking you'd need into the Prodigy.

I think my favourite part is the wood dowel going through the hitch ball hole in the ball mount and that block of wood. I guess just to make the block of wood extra secure!? But yes, those little S hooks on the chains look super stout.

I have had this email forwarded to me several times in the last month or so. It went around the office at work and we came to the conclusion that this guy has to be a transplant from California.
