Longevity plasma cutters

Anybody have any experience with the brand "longevity" plasma cutters. Would not mind one in the garage but do not want to spend a lot on one. Will not be using it professionally.

seems like the plasma cutters we run at work, have more problems with the tips clogging up more than anything else.

I have a hypertherm 600 and like it a lot but like said above, consumables get clogged up. does not matter what brand you buy they can and will get clogged up. I have had mine for 5 years now and have built a lot. Keeps on tickin.

Biggest thing is providing it with CLEAN DRY AIR. I have 2 water separators on my 60 gallon air compressor and drain them often. water shot thru the cutter is DEATH on consumables and makes for a crappy cut

Hypertherm has the most patents on the plasma systems.. The consumables have a long life span and are priced right.. I run their 1250 depending on what you want to do with it the 45 would probably take care of you.
