some times the hunts don't turn out that well. It is a diffrent way of life over there just as living in Canada is far diffrent than living in the States...

I agree, but that is no excuse for the way they handled that.

If it was me, I would have hustled over to that tree for a good rest. Then made a decisive kill shot that would have left that animal im-mobile (spl.??), if not dead. He could have atleast rested on one of his buddies shoulders.

Those offhanded shots are tough for me, and looks like they are tough for this guy too. He does have big coconuts to stand his ground in front of that lion though.
