Who chews? I do and have for a few years, and have steadily watched the price rise from $3 to over $4. I buy it by the case for $50/12 bags, so 4.25 or so. And thats the cheapest I find. Well this weekend I have seen 3 gas stations where it was $8 a pouch!!! Just wondering if I found 3 stations were money happy or if price went up that much? Snuff is still the same price it has been so it confused me.

 

Wow, that's high. I normally dip Longhorn (1.50/can), but every once in awhile I'll switch it up and buy some RedMan Golden Blend, last time I bought it I think I paid like 4.75...I have noticed it's gone up, but just chew, like you said, not dip.

 

I dipped Cope until I developed a precancerous legion.......only cost .17 cents a can when I started.

 

I dip Copenhagen, I get it for 14.49 for 5 cans on base. I can get Redman for 2.49 a pack here too...

If you lived a little closer, I'd get you a case.

 

I'm payin about $3.75 a can for Copenhagen here. Haven't used Levi Garrett in years, don't know what it's goin for.

 

17.50 for Cop. in Canada,dont use it but i buy my nieghbor 10 tins everytime i am in USA,$5 a tin in N.D

 

About $7.xx for Redman up here, the price of Grizzly went up as well. Looks like the price of tobacco in general went up.

 

Grizzly went up here too, my brother uses it and it's gone from 1.99 to between 3.69 and 4.50 a can in the last 6 months.

 

You get a better price then I do. I get my 5-can pack for 15.79 but still good for a regular convenience store. they are good to me over there.

I put in a call to my cousin on the air force base about 2 hours from here to see what it is. I think I'm finally just gonna quit though. I said I would quit when it hit $4.50, and didn't...but going up $3 in a week, thats reason to quit for me. We'll see how it goes.

 

i can get 5 can roll of redseal for about $13, a can is usually 2.95

 

I'm glad I finally quit. It was rough, but FINALLY kicked it. They're going to keep raising the price until you go broke.

 

I'm thinking about it again. Trying to tighten the belt on the budget, that's an expense I could cut out. That, and the beer...
