All i know is everytime they start blocking lanes here, they create more and more accidents until no lanes are moving.

No win situation for anyone there. Firefighters wanna protect the victim, state patrol wanna prevent the next 20 crashes. *shrug*

Are you suggesting they are causing the accidents by blocking traffic for safety's sake?

Well most of the states have the move over law. I think that it should be really enforced. Trucks have been doing that as a matter of courtesy. But you see emergency ahead, move over to clear it and the cars fill in on the right lane defeating the purpose. Then after you pass they won't let you back to the right lane. I have taken to moving over 2/3 of a lane keeping them out.

Ditto.... I am really starting to get annoyed by these kind of people....
That's why I think I really need Ranchhands front and rear....
