...so I told the wife that we would be "skipping" Christmas this year after our trip to las Vegas, where she did a LOT of $hopping....

....that seemed cool, a few weeks ago, but it has become CLEAR that there had better be SOMETHING under the tree for her, or there WILL be a cold front settling over the house for the indefinite future.....

- as I had not PLANNED on getting her anything, anybody have any ideas?!?

Get her something pretty or sparkely, women love that stuff and having a happy wife is a GOOD thing Maybe a nice necklace or bracelet or even some nice earrings.

I am finished shopping for my beautiful bride, but I am thinking about maybe hitting a jewelery store for something extra nice this year. Any woman that can put up with my antics 365 days a year, deserves the very best

 

This is what I am thinking you should get her. The perfect gift. You can also use it. lol. I am sure it comes in a fair size box.

You guys are pitiful. Get her something that will make her feel good. A certificite to a spa, (not the ones that rip her hair out, the ones that massage), GOOD bath stuff, beads, bubble bath, lotion, (spend a few extra bucks, the cheep stuff from wal-amrt just does not cut it,) Some EXPENSIVE chocolate, maybe with a new pair of diamond stud earings in the middle of the box. Unless she is really into cooking, kitchen stuff could be a no-no, that's just like saying "I want you to cook more." What does she enjoy? Is she really girly, or kind of plain?

 

That will go perfect with the dust pan you got her last year. lol.

 

Actually i got her a newvacum cleaner lastyear, but she said it was too hard to steer...............

 

I'm not sitting within an arms reach of you and the boss on the 13th. Cause she will still be beating on you for that one.

 

A good facial is always welcomed by a woman. They love it.

 

Now she is saying she may not come with me, 'cause she doesnt want to sit and listen to us talk trucks all day and have nothing to do.....

i think its because she doesnt want to run the mileage up on her new broom....

 

Make sure you also give her a big stocking stuffed to the top with all kinds of goodies. Be creative! Throw some walnuts at the bottom for laughs , but neat fun things all the way up. Woman love them. At least mine does. Christmas Stockings are a Must! Try to surprise her. I guarantee that she has done something up for you so with that in mind try to surpass her giving with your own, so your not caught feeling sick inside after opening up presents from her with only few from you. I know this from experience and its no fun. So get out there and get creative.
