Kerry ineligable to run for office...

This was sent to me, and I find it very interesting. I'll be writing a letter to the local big paper's editor...

And what discussion can there be about this.. it's pretty cut & dry.

In the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, Part 3 is very interesting, to wit:

Amendment XIV [1868]

“Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

Give some thought as to the past actions of John Kerry. He gave aid and comfort to the enemy. He was declared a hero by the communists in 1983 for actions he took against the war in 1970 and 71. His picture is on display in Hanoi as a hero and friend of the communists.

Pretty obvious he should be run out of town on a rail, wearing a coat of tar and feathers. But that will never happen as he is the sweetheart of some Liberal *****

He is after all Ted Kennedy's protoge' and by the way, who in their right mind would vote that guy into office?

On Edit; I am not calling any one HERE a boob, my comment is directed toward the leaders of the liberal movement.

Hoo boy, wouldn't THAT be something to pop out of left field during the Presidential debates!

(Pardon me while I grab the Fritos, nacho cheese dip and Diet Pepsi ( ) and take a seat with the others.)

As he sits amongst brethren, and wipes tears of uncontrollable laughter from his eyes, Matt asks for a Diet Coke and asbestos mittens! Thanks for the popcorn!

Zulusafari enters the arena, finds compatriots and has a seat. Pulls out smuggled-in good 'n' plenties, drops, and diet Dr. Pepper. Hopes that the price of admission is more than justified.

I saw that a non-partisan group has (or tried) brought suit against Kerry for these charges in court, but have not any more information. I wonder if Kennedy and Hillary could muster enough "background individuals " to persuade a 2/3 vote for Kerry's exception?

I Seriously have very severe feelings toward IllegalSenator Kerry's record, background, and ideas for the United Nations of America!

In the interest of preventing collaterial damage, the following is being hand receipted to those needing;
body armor
kevlar
ballistic goggles
hearing protection
lots and lots of ammo

This might be better that a bar room brawl at Marys on Tu Do Street.

...rolls in on a Stryker (army's news light armored vehicle), check GPS, maps, compas, direction of shadows, wind... rechecks...

"Did you say LEFT field? Son you must have your bearings mixed up, or looking at this through a mirror..."

Takes a seat "Hello all. mind if I seat down? This I gotta see."

On edit: ...feels like only cowboy left in indian territory. or is it indian in wild west town?

Just an old Texas saying that has nothing to do with the political spectrum. I've never heard of anything coming out of RIGHT field!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm out of nacho cheese dip. I didn't know it would take this long for the opposing team to take the field. Gotta run to the corner stop-and-rob for some more. Save my seat - I'll be right back.

As an interested observer from Canada, i find it kinda humorous watching as the Kerry supporters break their ankles jumping from the bandwagon.... as i kinda figgured they would.

/me sits back and giggles.......HEY! who ate all the popcorn!?!

First things first, I bought these tickests on line did not know wherethey will be...
Then, I am here just to enjoy the show, I only brought the protection in case some unruley spectators get out of hand
"Pardon me sir: Is there a field on the left also?"
Oh I did not step on the field, but am strictly here as a guest/spectator
"Who is playing anyway? What kind of game is this?"
"May I try your dip? I have some homemade chips here if you'd like to try"

"Is it true, the Canadians are loosing the Expos to Washington DC?"
