Hi Scott. snicker....

racoonsR us strikes again. this lil 4 pounder tried to take hubby's life. mean all night and not happy in the morning. smaller than our lil cat so we can't shoot him, took a ride and released. wanted to fight, not run. misguided child.

charity work this week tripled. I am beat down and broke. nice to come home and find barn workshop all cleaned up by hubby. awesome!!! worked on the ol police bike, supper at a local restaurant, hot tub after Sons of guns tv show. doesn't get any better for relaxing.

dealing with appalacia type folks needing cancer surgery but don't want it, today. yesterday one punched out the radiologist who said " I am just like you". The guy went off, 145 pound guy. all the family goes too. let's say I had my hands full and was glad to come home ( I drive them the hour to the big city and feed them). got him to get a CAT scan and a biopsy. for some reason, they trust me. told the nurse to make a note, these folks don't need friends, they need answers. scared, angry people hit hard.
Me and 5er.......replaced? I'd pay a dollar to see that! Start giving the coons a blast on the boat horn when you let them go. The repeat offenders will get a taste of deja vu soon. You better make sure Blake understands the lesson about mountain folk, he's headed into them thar hills in about 3 weeks and that old coonbutt is going to have a tough time.

FYI.... I talked to our boss a few minutes ago, status report is

OK, I'm back and still moving. HATE THAT THING. It feels just like a heart attack and that ain't fun. Rick, the doc gave me a big long explanation of the difference between a Nuclear Stress test using the tread mill, etc. The nuclear material they use for this he explained gives off much small radiation making the image similar in quality to a camera with more pixels. Further, it is all done in one day within 1 hour or so. It is quite amazing from what he told me. Anyhow, from a comfort level, I will take the treadmill any day. But from a results standpoint, I guess this is far superior to it. Different people respond differently to it, and I guess I am one of those who do not particularly like it. Leaves me quite dizzy and disoriented for a while. Have to drink a bunch of caffinated coffee and sit a while to let it all wear off. It seems to leave me with PVC's for a day or so. Oh well, as long as I hear those lovely words from him "Mr King, your portrait turned out beautiful." LOL We will see.

I learned to boil potatos at five years of age, not everything taste like chicken (although chicken gumbo does sound pretty good right now) and trust me, the last thing youre gonna do is take a Cajun to school on how to cook.

Hey, just catching this stuff about Rick and I being replaced. HUH???? NO WAY JOSE - - YOU CAN'T REPLACE US - - IMPOSSIBLE. Funny, I started my previous reply, but before I could finish and hit SEND the phone rings and it is my neighbor - - his wife is on the floor - - help. He is almost blind and relies on me for help. Went over with the pressure tester - - she is running a bit high, but has been feeling tough for a couple weeks. Called her doc and ran her in - - left her there - - will pick her back up in a while - - they may shoot her on into the emergency. So, I come back to finish my post and find some are trying to replace me. Here I thought I was loved - - how about it Rick? We need to start a rebellion or what? ...............

Did I miss the daily trivia, that Chiakwa puts up?

Lunch Munch, BLT with salt and pepper kettle chips and sweet tea. Was good.
Wannabe you need the racoon receipes. That way they won't come back to annoy your cat.

T-rad, hope they get it right this time. My wife has had a lot of the stones. Has had surgery, stents, ultrasound, and some just pass, with pain. Ouch.

5erBob, I had that chemical stress test last year. Was dressed and ready for the treadmill. But the used the iv method. I had no problems. Came out good, and just went on my way.

This place does sound like a falling apart geezer forum> I go in the the waste water storage take scan on 7/19. Trade name, cystoscopy.

Shorts you over your worries about sis driving your truck? Did she have fun?

Hat watch your back in SoCal on 5.

You dont want to know what is in cheap hot dogs either.

Yeah, havent heard from shorts since she loaned out her truck. She may still be running after it.

Never eaten racoon but with food costs going up Heidi may want to keep em around.

http://www.thisoldhouse.com/toh/info...211283,00.html has posted another installment of Home inspection Nightmares. I like looking at them for new ideas like using A-foil instead of electrical tape. Never would have thought of that.

We have lotsa wabbits here. . . . But I either have a 22 or a 12 ga. or a 44. Can't hit stuff wabbit size with the 22, and the 12 and 44 do too much damage. I'd be eating dinner off the side of a tree!

That is weird - - doc said some people do not even feel it. I feel like a heart attack, then the antidote makes my face and head itch horrible for about 5 minutes. .......

Yeh, what good are you? No coffee, won't do the janitor work, no daily digest - - DUH. ............

Got my call from the doc. Pics were perfect, nice smile, offers from Hollywood all ready - - .....Naw, really - - he said great flow thru all arteries in the heart and flow is up 5% from the last test meaning arteries are cleaning out even better than before. Keep on doing what you are doing. I guess the routine is worth it and knowing how it is working is worth the discomfort. Just suck it up you big wimp, Bobby.

Hey, going to relax with the blonde.
