So we can trust our car to the man who wears the star again??[/QUOTE]Sorta.
OK, nuclear stress test. Had one last year, they IV'd the glow-in-the-dark stuff in. You do notice it!
Not to worry Bob, I was grandfathered in on my contract. That means that they have to replace our combined years of experience. Now they can find people to work cheaper but when you start adding up those years, the quantity will crap all over their budget.
I hope so too. I did pass one of the pieces just before I left for the doctor.
It's not a surprise. It's the same stuff they put in the expensive ones, just a cheaper grade.
Maybe you can't.......
I hate that I ran out of smileys because that comment was worth 10 by it's self! Geritol guerrillas! Bwahahahahahaha
Here's the update. I passed one of the pieces just before I left for the doctor's appointment, one down one to go.
I've got allot of family stuff happening the next 3 or 4 weeks so if I don't have a problem, I'll call the doc when I get back from Ohio and set up an appointment for an x-ray. If the stone is still in my kidney, we'll schedule a repeat of the lithotripsy. If I have a problem before then, I'll call and we'll have to deal with it.
So all you have to do is continue to work yourself stupid in the neighborhood, at church and volunteering, solve everybody else's problems, wear your superhero speedo costume and continue to save the world and your neighbors. That sure sounds like a safe plan for avoiding the big one.
OK, I'm back and still moving. HATE THAT THING. It feels just like a heart attack and that ain't fun. Rick, the doc gave me a big long explanation of the difference between a Nuclear Stress test using the tread mill, etc. The nuclear material they use for this he explained gives off much small radiation making the image similar in quality to a camera with more pixels. Further, it is all done in one day within 1 hour or so. It is quite amazing from what he told me. Anyhow, from a comfort level, I will take the treadmill any day. But from a results standpoint, I guess this is far superior to it. Different people respond differently to it, and I guess I am one of those who do not particularly like it. Leaves me quite dizzy and disoriented for a while. Have to drink a bunch of caffinated coffee and sit a while to let it all wear off. It seems to leave me with PVC's for a day or so. Oh well, as long as I hear those lovely words from him "Mr King, your portrait turned out beautiful." LOL We will see.

Got my call from the doc. Pics were perfect, nice smile, offers from Hollywood all ready - -
.....Naw, really - - he said great flow thru all arteries in the heart and flow is up 5% from the last test meaning arteries are cleaning out even better than before. Keep on doing what you are doing. I guess the routine is worth it and knowing how it is working is worth the discomfort. Just suck it up you big wimp, Bobby.
Hey, going to relax with the blonde.
