Re:Johnny Cash

RIP Johnny.

Has anyone seen that recent video he made? Can't remember the song (it is not his originally), but the video is haunting. Will be even more so now that he has passed.

Re:Johnny Cash

I just got back and was going to post this topic...day late and $ short...not important...

I will miss Johnny, but have lots of his music to keep him alive...his health had been in serious trouble for some time....He is now playing with the big man...Hank Sr.

RIP!

John

Re:Johnny Cash

I remember being a really young, and watching that TV show he had, I guess it was in re-runs. But this one time, he stomped all footlights out on the stage, and I thought that was the coolest thing i'd ever seen. They're having a candle light vidual (sp?) for him down in Austin tonight. I wish I could go, but I've already got plans I can't break. We're losing alot of the greats, Waylon a while back, now Johnny. Country music is just going to get worse than it is now with them gone. A sad day for sure

Re:Johnny Cash

We've still got George Strait and Alan Jackson. They'll keep it country.
