Yeah Shovel, we are old enough that switches were pretty commonplace. Mom always got me with them >

I don't believe in beating children, but a properly applied dose of punishment can do wonders to the character of a child. Heads to the woodshed hoping pop doesn't see that towel I tucked in the rear of my pants ;D

We had some sort of bush that sat out by the garden while I was growing up, that thing hurt like all get out. I got the beating of my life when I ran that thing over 7 or 8 times with the riding mower on accident.
