Evening all,
Spent a couple x-tra hours at the desk to catch up. Not planning on making this a habit.
All in all a pretty good day today ... got me a good solid piece of some young program manager today. That should be the last time he throws my department under the bus to the boss without getting all the facts first

Time for a nice thick slice of watermelon ... and a beer !!

Worked for about 2 hours today...then blew off to play in a golf tournament.

I have known the Bucher at the Safeway in Kenai for decades. Today, he pulled me aside and asked me how much free bacon I wanted. Told him as much as he wanted to get rid of (I always have an empty freezer for critters). Wound up with 52 one pound packages of good quality center cut bacon. Exp date was the 2nd so he couldn’t mark them down. Garbage or Me. I am currently having my third BLT and wife is on her second. Burp!
