Its not a rant or whaaa unless we say it is! Sharing some of the bad stuff that happens is good for you. Hope everything and everyone heals quick so we can keep picking on you.
On a different subject. Old folks are doing good. Got two red salmon today and no sticks. Its going to rain for at least two more days but after seeing the heat you Southern guys are getting I will not complain.
Scotty: You need a cute huggable sheep to turn things around. Sheep just like to be loved and don’t judge people. Maybe chaikwa will loan you one of his.

Got a few PM's and some very kind responses here from my friends on the DTR.
Thank-You. My wife and I managed to get some quiet time. Our daughter is feeling all the goings on around here and she seems to think Grandpa is going to heaven.

The incision is swelling up and getting more red. I am taking the large doses of antibiotics and praying it takes hold.
The burning is what is really bothering me. the smell and the leaking...up there too.
On the sunny side of things...my long time friend and excavator arrived to finish dumping and spreading the base for the pad for the oversized garage.
Thanks again.
See ya in the a.m. with a REALLY different and smelly type of Phoo00

I am going to bed and so should you. Please, Oh Please don’t put that bandage in the Phoo00. Not that the rest of the heathens around here would notice but I prefer mine with a little less ooze.

Seriously tho, you ARE putting something on it, right?
What're you doing here so early? I thought day shift started at 0700.
Morning.
Today is Tuesday, July 20th.

1969 - Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr. became the first men to walk on the moon.
1997 - Seven people were arrested after New York City police found scores of deaf Mexicans kept in slave-like conditions and forced to peddle trinkets for the smugglers who had brought them to the U.S.
1998 - Russia won a $11.2 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund to help avert the devaluation of its currency.

Morning all. Scotty, consider IV antibiotics if they're available. You've got a serious problem going on there. I'm not trying to be an alarmist but it is very serious.

Mornin.
Scotty, I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles, what a rough time. Maybe it's time to come live down here until our healthcare tanks, too.
Mornin. Up at 4 today, had the guys calling me last night with power issues at the shop, we had a breaker blow. Great crap, this never happens in the day when I can get someone out there. Not telling was is jacked up on our test equipment now. Ho hum.
Ok, Going to work.

ACtually, the "current, standing, operating" shift is 8a to 4p and we are on an 8 hour schedule, being punished for lack of staffing. Came in at 4a for mandatory overtime. Gotta do it again Friday morning.
No change today with the infection...visually or odor. I see the surgeon in the a.m. and IV drugs are one of the options we will discuss.
I am putting Tea Tree around the incision. The doc did not want anything on the area til after he sees me tomorrow.
I hope that my msg here tells you how messed our health care is. Its seriously over burdened. The one hospital is operating at 125% of capacity and is short staffed.
Mark touched on it...its not far for the USA to be like this either.
Our ER departments get people with non serious stuff that back log the entire system. Currently there is a plan in the works to get rid of the non emergencies but it means have an urgent care facility built at each of the hospitals...which takes more tax payer dollars.

I feel for you Scotty. Our state is being run like Canadian Health Care, by a Canadian no less. Eat your veggies and don't show the infection to Top, or he'll have to get one too.
'Pretending' is how you got so dang ugly to begin with, ain't it?
Don't sweat it too much Scotty, no one ever died of a little infected wound. Well, actually, I guess a few people HAVE died from such things. Come to think of it, a LOT of people have. Hmmm. OK. Maybe you can worry a little bit. Aw heck, PANIC!
Seriously, they'll get that taken care of. It's not like you're ignoring it. As long as it gets addressed it will get resolved.
Atta boy! Nothing like a little encouragement to help his confidence and put him at ease!
Afternoon all.
