Issues with Itunes
My cousin just bought a 30gig Ipod like mine, and she is having problems with Itunes on her computer. She downloaded it and went through all the steps, but when she tries to open it on her computer it won't open.
Anybody suggestions on a fix? I'm going to go to her house after work tonight and see if I can fix it, but figured I'd try to get some ideas on what to do from you smart fellers first!

Thats MR Hoss to you buddy!
Could be several things. I'd have her uninstall, reboot and reinstall and then see what happens. Could be firewall related too if she has a firewall.

She has an mp3 player and doesn't really like it.....so she got the Ipod.
I told her to uninstall it and redo it, but then I remembered she's on crappy dial up....so it takes her like 4 hours to do it if her connection stays. I'll see what she has for a firewall.....I know that was my issue at work when I tried to download Itunes on my computer. But I'll check it out and report back tomorrow.
