Dad has a 1974 International 200 HD 1 ton truck that needs new rear springs, and a driver's side rear spring shackle. Curent spring pack has 9 main, 6 overloads. Anybody have some, or know someone who does? Thanks

 

If you can't find what you want, then just take the old one to a good spring shop and have them either make a duplicate or reset the leaves to what you want. A good spring shop can probably also make the shackle.

 

I looked into that-it is going to cost $1000 to have that done, and it will take a month. Similar vintage Ford springs only cost $130, because they were more popular. I am looking for a better option.

 

I don't know where you are in Vt. but here is a #413-785-1357, the co. is Ferrarra Spring, they are in Springfield Mass. They seem to be able to get all kinds of oddball or outdated springs. I have been dealing with them for 24+ years, nice honest people.
