interesting trade.

I just traded my 99 CTD,3500,DRW,4x4 in on a new 05 CTD. The dealer put it out on Christmas eve for three days for a price of $24,900.00. On 12-29-04 I got a call from the dealer and they had a person that was interested in the truck. He ended up buying the truck and has come to my house to buy the mods that I removed before the trade. He told me that he paid the price of $ 24.700.00 for the truck with a 90 day warranty. He also told me that he had driven a 2001 Ford F350, 4x4, and that convinced him to buy the Dodge. He was trading in a Chevy, 3500, 4x4, diesel and he said that it was worthless as it did not have the power that the Dodge had and neither did the Ford. He also said that the Ford was real loose and had noises coming from everywhere. I told him if he liked the Dodge now then he will want to sleep with it after the mods go back on. Very interesting.

I did. I gave him the web site and a lot of good advice that I have picked up here. I told him that he would appreciate this site as time goes by.

Screen name

My screen name was given to me by a business partner. For the one year that we were in business together it rained a lot and he branded me with that name. The business was very weather sensitive. I thought that the name was sort of funny so I use it as a screen name.
