It wouldn't be just a single vehicle, it would be a stable of them:

Commuting to work: Mini Cooper S with the Works package.
Hauling a few people: Tossup here, M5 (not the ugly new Bangleized one with the V10) or a Chrysler 300 SRT8. Slight edge to the M5 for its manual transmission.
Hauling lots of people: Chrysler Town & Country, AWD.
Hauling stuff: My truck.
Weekend cruising/posing: '32 roadster rat-rod. Flat-head V8, flat black, baby moon hubcaps.
Weekend hooliganism: M3.

Hmm money no object eh?

Plain and simple (please dont hit me..) I would like a 1992-1997 Regular cab long bed F-350, NO POWERSTROKE, with a twin turboed Cummins Diesel (prefereably a 12V) with about 1000 horses, and well over 2000 lb feet of torque, I dont mind a 24 valve, whatever it can be done with, now for running gear, atlas transfer case, with 2 1/2 ton rockwells, runnin ARB air lockers in both, Lifted just enough to make 49-52 inch tires look just right, painted dark blue, custom badges dark black tint, grey interior 3-4000 watt stereo, custom rims to resemble ford factory alloys (alcoas), have my dad build a custom front, and headache rack and rear bumper, with a dual purpose pintle reciver hitch, wired for towing, spots for my clevis hooks, rhino lined and whatever else would come to mind.. tires would either be Michelin ZXL's off of USA6x6, or Super Swamper IROCS, or boggers.. all the goodies to make it fly, yet still be a drag warrior, and a PULLING MACHINE, and most of all, a tranny that is bullet proof, MUST BE A MANUAL, AND HAVE A CLUTCH THAT WILL HOLD HARDER THAN CRAZY GLUE.. and the truck must be somehwhat streetable...

Car, it would have to be a 1996 Viper GTS blue with white racing stripes, A 67 vette with a 427, 69 mach I 428 cobra jet, toploader 4 speed, with a pistol grip hurst.. 67 camaro, 350 stock, 4 speed, Plymouth Hemi cuda, 426 need i say more? 70 will do for that one,

Oh yeah, a dodge T rex with a cummins too please... and the meanest blue heeler possible in the rear...

If money was no object I'd offer Dave a huge sum and buy his truck off of him

I have always been a huge fan of this truck!

Well, there would be a few for different reasons:

Commuting to work: 1974 VW Super Bettle (sometimes simple is the way to go).

Hauling: My Truck (but with the 4.10 rear and the stick)

Hauling the wife and kids: Chrysler 300C

TOYS: 1954 Vette (white w/ red leather interior), 1957 Thunderbird (White w/ red leather interior, removable hadtop and the continental kit), 1962 Harley "HOG" (dressed as a police bike)

Here's a neat little truck for Earth, or planetary exploration. It has a UAV (Unmanned Air Vehicle) option: http://www.maximog.com/index.html

Actually, I also would like to play around with a nice deuce-&-a-half, with the multi-fuel engine or maybe a cool driveline upgrade with a Cummins ISX and Eaton trans. I don't know how to drive one, but I would like to learn!

I also liked the Peterbuilt above! I have that cool promotional video using the Metallica soundtrack and truck video/slideshow! I turn on the computer and my boys ask for it!!
