I'm going to college in a year and a half, and I need somebody to tell me where cute brunettes live so I have something better to do with my life than spend my nights prying my fingernails off with a spatula!

Yea, back on topic. I think the next shop will be basically two sided. It will have a 30 x 60 footprint. One side will have a pit while the other will be flat concrete. Overhead trolley, insulated, 200 AMp service and fully lined with an air manifold. Heat will be either wood or gas depending on the location.
Will also have full plumbing. I hate having to clean up to go in the house.

My 30 x 50 has suited me well, but have several wishes for the next one.

Going to replace the house with a smaller cheaper one. $$ will go in the shop.

Would like to use it also to support a small grey market tractor/resell operation.

I meant I have an actual IH brand fridge. Thing was built in '52 or so I think according to the tag on the back. Just a plain ol' white fridge, made by IH Co. I've never seen one like it anywhere, most of the old "garage fridges" you see around here are old Philcos and GEs.

Chris is right .... warmth in the winter and shade in the summer !!! And you can plainly see that they know how to cook . (Spent a few years on the reservation myself ... hehehehe).

I'm kinda partial to tall, well equipped Bavarian blondes myself ... although if I had Sara Evans handing me tools ... you wouldn't hear more than a whimper outta me.

I didn't know there were any of these still out there working still.

Anyway, this spring we're planning on putting up a 30 x 60 building for a shop, concrete floor, insulation later. 54 x 105 Morton is too much to insulate and heat. And I like the idea of a separate building incase the unthinkable happens.

My Grandpa was a "red man" for a long time. He had several IH fridges and freezers in their hey day. He had a few pickups as well if I recall. Brand new 856 that the clutch and torque went on at 100hrs and the dealer didn't cover it under warranty was what soured him on red tractors. 4630 made him a Deere man.

Guess this was one of those cases where Assuming did me real well!!
