I wasn't looking at the rack...
I got the below in an email a while back...

Talk about a major "uh-oh" !!!!!!!!!! This dude is sick right now.

$14,500 Cull Buck

Listen for this guy to say "I wasn't looking at the rack..." and the landowner to say "I hope you brought your checkbook..." Classic.

This guy went to Texas to shoot a cull buck, and made a slight mistake...that cost him over $14,000 dollars. Click on the link below.

It was a managed hunt and lets just say he shot a deer that was a "little" too nice...

on alot of ranch hunts, you pay for what you kill.
Example, you kill a doe, it costs $100. You kill a small cull buck, its $300. you kill the past prime big buck, $500, you kill a prime trophy buck, its $2000.
Basically, the setup was he paid for a $300 buck and shot a $2000 buck without permission.

Man, that was a nice rack. I remember about two years ago, my little brother was hauling a load of antlermax to this ranch around Uvalde. He gets to the ranch gate and no one was there to open it, so he lays on the horn. He said there was probably four guys running to that gate waving their arms. It seems that they had just bought a $250,000 stud buck and they were afraid it might get scared.

Who knows if it was staged or not, but thats some funny stuff right there. I liked it when the landowner said he was going back to the truck and took off.

well, it seemed fake from the start, but while it was playing I clicked on the other link where they said it was fake and that kinda solidified my opinion... I could be wrong, but it smells fake to me

killing (notice i didnt say hunting) farm raised, steroid fed, selectively bred deer is for people that have more money than patience/skill/self pride. but thats my opinion.

its like fishing for trophy bass in a fish tank
