And I SNAP lose it
And I SNAP lose it
Allright here comes a long write up about whats happening, well last year in June I blew up my motor with 100xxxkm on it cuz I thought it was an injector adn the service guy told me to drive it til he can get me in... didn't make i that long, broken injector smach bang all that crap, so they do it cheap and just bored it out and sleeved it, put a new head on new turbo new crank new pistons, and bearings and all new injectors. A new motor costs what 13000, the warranty bill was 21000 when said and done... ok so I get my truck back and its burning blueish grey exhaust, burning oil... take it back about 20000km later adn they do another rebuild on it... new rings and bearings I think is all they did this time... so I get the pig back from them and start it the next morning and burning BLUE GREY smoke form exhaust... WHAT THE **** GOES ON... and I take it back in yesterday and there gunna start some preliminaries... my big deal is that I wanted to buy this out but not now cuz of this crap, and i owe about 13000 on lease km... and I want to buy an 01-02 cummins 6 speed. so what does a guy do... where do I start.. adn the dealer here hates me cuz I raised a big stink once or twice...
guys I';m sorry this is way too long but I think I feel better letting this out...

Go to another dealer.
We had a customer who had a motor with a bad valve spring. Their truck was still under warranty, so we sent them to our local Dodge dealer. No other damage, the dealer put a new motor in the customers truck, for a friggin valve spring. I have never heard of a dealer doing machine work, sleeving cylinders, etc. when an engine is under Cummins warranty, when all they have to do is order a motor, and return the other one in the crate back to Cummins.

You owe $13k on mileage on your lease? And you have all those mods on a LEASED truck? Why would you spend all that money on a rental car?
Anyway, better find someone to fix it right, 'cause sounds like you're keepin her for a long time. Look on the bright side, it'll have a new engine (hopefully).
