I need your prayers guys

Hey everyone. My mom had a colonoscipy done just a few days ago, and they found a pollop in her colon that has some cancer in it. From everything that they have found so far, they caught it early, and nothing else bad has been found. They will be operating on her, and removing about a foot of her colon on the 25th. As long as everything goes ok, and they dont run into anything bad while they are in there, it should all go ok. I know that whatever God wants to happen will happen. The doctors can only guess about people. I would just appreciate it if you all would remember my mom in your prayers, and pray that everything turns out ok. Thanks a lot guys.

Eric

With the advances in Cancer science and surgical techniques your Mom is in good hands. You will have many more happy years with her and her Cancer is not going to be a factor for many years to come!!

I have 2 friends that have been through the same surgery and though it is rough going it is far from insurmountable!!

Good luck and may God Bless your Mom. Our prayers are with you and your family!!

She'll pull through just fine!!

Rick

Prayer Alert!

Hope all goes well. Be strong for her, show her she raised a good son. Help her clean around the house, do laundry, cut the grass, trim the trees, wash the cars, etc., get ready for her operation and treatment. Stay busy and don't sit around. That is the worst.

God's Speed.

Our prayers are with her. I had the surgery done about a 1 1/2 ago and it went very well. They use to open you up from the chest down and the recovery was months. They do it laproscopicly now. They'll make 2 holes, 1 on each side of the belly, and then a 6-8 insension under the belly button and her recovery should be a few weeks. I was back to work in a week and 1/2.

You got it, buddy. A word of encouragement. My mom had three feet removed when she was 58. She lived to 92. The cancer that finally got her was in the lungs - - never smoked a cigarette in her life - - figure that one. She was a godly lady who put her total faith and trust in the fact God had it under control. I can honestly say I never heard her complain one time on either occassion.
