What is CHS?
OHH, I got it. I had 6 guys out on my place this morning and we got 11 birds total. stopped about 9am
Our best time is evening, they come back to my place to roost. We are headed out in about an hour. Will be 5 of us going out now.

The guy I went with got 10, there was an average of about 6 to 7 birds for everyone out there.
I guess it wasn't all bad then even tho I only brought ONE down.

You do know the quad mount .50 BMG is only good for ducks right! For the Duck hunters "Air defense artillery" for dove i would sugest a 40 mm thump gun with birdshot rounds for clearing runways of stray birds!

More than likely you are shooting behind them. You got to lead them big time.

we have two gun ranges reasonably close.
One is free national forest range and has a 100 yrd rifle range and a shotgun area where the trees are kept shot back.
The other is a members only range at $115/yr with a 100 yrd range and a 6 station sporting clays. they charge $10 for 50 clays and only during scheduled events, otherwise, you have a range marshal for the rifle range and your on your own for throwing clays on the shotgun range.
