Our claim to fame, if you will, is 26,700 people and 18,000 horses, plus an assortment of llamas, alpacas, emu, sheep, goats, a locally famous camel, and a Begle.
As for the documentary.....maybe I'll apply for a grant to study the "Inland Empire Pony-tailed Pool Boy". They're not listed in the Endangered Species Act, but I hear they're rarely photographed in their natural environment

From "Microsoft Encarta"
"The Begle is typically found in hot, dry areas devoid of street lights and sidewalks. It is difficult to spot because it usually takes cover behind houses with cement ponds. The few times it has been observed it was standing at the edge of the cement pond, in the heat of the day, fishing around with some sort of net attached to a long pole. Some scientists believe that this is how it catches its' prey.
It seldom spends much time in one place, which is why it's so hard to spot. It quickly accomplishes its' task and migrates to another house with a cement pond. Those who have actually seen the Begle say that it migrates in a red 1990 Dodge with a ladder rack, and that its' mating call sounds like that of the Wolo Wobbler......."

I can't add much to Cowhand's insightful Encarta reference, but you might want to want out cuz of what I found:
Meaning of the name Begle- Possibly a reduced form of German Begele, a nickname from a derivative of Middle High German bāgen ‘to scold’

I didn't need to read it. I guess you'd call it "on the job training".
Begle, you're being an awfully good sport
