When I first bought my truck, I had plans for it going 12's after I got out of college. I was only going to do exhaust, air intake, and bigger tires. That was in February of this year. Now I've got an Edge Comp, a nicely done out truck, and as soon as I get the money in college, a full ATS, twins or B-1, and a two stage nitrous kit. Oh, did I mention that I have the extended warranty and didn't start feeling the urge to upgrade till I came over here. Oh well. ;D

OK i have been here a few months and avoided the Bomb Bug but I towed with my dads Bombed 96 today.. Hmm the 99 has to go so I can get a 6 speed and let the Bombing commence!!!! &gt; ;D :'( ;D

 

Got it bad here. So bad I can't get my prioritys straight, bombing the hell out of everything. Just got some add-ons for the chainsaw, bigger tires for the truck, putting new sideing on the house, adding new porch, still adding on to the cabin, getting another barrell for the shotgun, hey boss I need another check this month... trucks too slow.

 

I started visiting the site because I needed info when looking to buy a CTD. All that BOMBing stuff looked entertaining but it cost money, and hell, I just wanted reliability from a decent sized truck with OK fuel economy, don't need none of that BOMB stuff.<br><br> Of course, while I was at the Cummins place, one of them big round air filters don't cost much, and I should probably get it a new air filter anyway.....<br><br> And them gauges are good for making sure I don't blow up nothing, even though it's a stocker....<br><br> And jeez, them guys at Piers' are so nice about answering some of my stupid questions, I should maybe through a little business their way in light of their courtesy.....<br><br> And did you see that write-up Superduty12v did of his 6spd. conversion a few days back? If you shop smart and turn the wrenches yourself that's not too expensive....<br><br> And if I put that tranny and a heavier clutch in, well I could talk to them helpful guys at Piers' maybe just one more time...just a little bit...and maybe have the credit card bills sent to a PO Box instead of the house, 'cause my wife don't need to be bothered with any more paperwork....<br><br>But I'm glad I haven't done none of that silly stuff some of you guys are talking about, that BOMBing stuff, and spending money, and my truck's really pretty much stock ain't it??<br><br>No, no, no, I don't have that kind of problem. no sir, not me....

I told my parents I can't afford to fly home for Christmas, and when they offered to pay for the plane ticket :'(, I heard myself tell them that I'd rather have the cash for a new exhaust system!!!! ???<br><br>What is this world coming to? You evil people.

For me it was when I encountered the problem with my lift pump and injector pump. I was looking for help to understand the problem. They catch you at your weakest moments and then, Bam!, they gotcha.
