I have heard many differant interpitations on what it sounds like and I have one of my own. To me it sounds like a F-16 Fighter jet coming in on approch to a carrier! My god does this thing sound HOT! ;D

Many thanks to our fine friends up north for producing a great product! Kudo's! EH'! 8)

Re:I graduated from scotty II today!!!!

I cut the hole in the firewall so the scotty can suck more Cooo000o0oooo0000oo0L air! Sounds sweet! Anyone need a 4.5 hole saw????? I had to buy one just to cut one hole! Couldn't find anyone that had one to use. : I will admit, the sound of that bit cutting on your 30+ thousand dollar truck is a little scary, but well worth it! I am going to buy a trailer light gromet/gasket for it today to help the seal. Someone here the other day said it works great. Anywho, just got back from a hour long drive with a latte and great sounds coming from the turbo. 8)

So, as I understand it, you cut a hole in your fire wall so that you can hear your turbocharger whine :. Okaaaay.

naw... you cut the hole in the firewall to get a 300° reduction in your EGTs... AND the bonus is hearing the turbo whine!

Ya the trailer light rubber will help the seal. Plus takes away any vibration or rattle. Yes cutting the hole is worth it. Well worth it.
