I feel lucky to be alive!
Well, looks like I will be needing a new truck. I was really starting to like that truck too. Check out the pics in my gallery. I rolled off of a forest service road and hit a big pine tree. If I had landed 1 foot forward or back I probably wouldn't be here. I'll have more pics later of it still stuck between the trees.
Looks like the truck is totaled, won't know for sure until tuesday. My head hit the windshield, and the dash moved down and towards me about 6 inchs. I have a 6" long gash in my left leg all the way to the bone, might post pics of that later. At least i'm still alive.
Anyways looking to buy a new truck. I'm hoping to find one with similar options as mine, in the 03-05 year range. Might as well try and get the 1 ton now as well. Maybe even a dually.

Glad your still hear to tell your tale. Can't say so much for the dodge, but it really make you appreciate having a tough truck with a big chuck of iron up there to take force of these unfortunate happenings.

Any reason why the airbags didn't go off?
Glad you made it, that had to be a scary ride...
I also demand to see pics of the gash, spread open if possible.

Sorry, the pic's of my leg must be too graphic for the public forums. They got deleted pretty quick.
Anyone who really wants to see it can PM me.

Truck looks bad but I have seen a lot worse that they would not total , for your sake I hope their is something more I do not see . The price of these trucks it takes a lot to get them to total them . My dealer had one that was hit by a Ford 350 that the guy in the Ford died and the Dodge had some serious damage to it that the insurance would not total . That Dodge made yours look like a new one and I sure would not have wanted it back . Get you health back to normal that is the main thing , it sure looks like it was one ride to remember .

Well the insurance company called. They are gonna total the truck. Won't know till next week how much they are gonna give me for it. Dosen't really matter, all it will do is payoff the truck. I'll have to come up with money for down payment on another truck now. Hopefully they don't want much to buy it back from them. Then if I get another '03 i'll have lots of spare parts.
